Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for candidates with store operations experience and an eye for numerical detail to join our vibrant Sales Organisation department. As a dynamic individual, your organisation, drive, and expertise will shape the way ouroperational colleagues measure & develop KPI performance. This challenging role will expose you to business leaders at all organisational levels and will involve collaborating with cross-functional departments both internationally and nationally.We have a hybrid working model for Head Office roles, ensuring you have a flexible work life balance.What youll do

  • Setting Business Review Meeting agendas for discussion at all organisational levels
  • Deliver the coordinated release of all operational targets across the business
  • Sense checking new report formats & content
  • Develop solutions & project concepts to optimise store processes
  • Present proposals for action to Senior Management & Board Directors
  • Deliver creative & engaging training content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our National and International Headquarters, Regional Distribution Centres and Stores
  • Analyse and report on the progress of projects
  • Communicate updates to internal & external
  • stakeholders
  • Occasional national and international travel may be required
What youll need
  • Significant knowledge and experience in store
  • operational processes
  • Analytically minded and able to interpret and follow-up with data sets
  • An excellent communicator, effective negotiator, and
  • confident presenter
  • Strong project management skills and experience,
  • including managing internal stakeholders
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams)
  • Comfortable working independently and to tight
  • deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
