Job Description

  • £26,000 - £28,000 DOE
  • London + 1-day WFH
Our client is a leading London-based brand renowned for its quirky and innovative products. With a focus on creativity and functionality, their products are supplied into leading retailers globally. They are looking for an organised, passionate, and dedicatedSales Operations Coordinator to join their team.As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure their retail customers receive the best possible service, and speedy delivery of their orders. This is an exciting opportunity for a positiveand detail-oriented individual to contribute to the growth of a vibrant and creative brand.Responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers and wider sales team with essential administrative tasks
  • Processing and managing wholesale orders
  • Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Speaking directly with retail customers over the phone and via email to assist with queries
  • Customer service (via email / social DMs) for retail sales
  • Working closely with the logistics team to manage stock levels
  • Handling customer inquiries and provide necessary information
  • Supporting the team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Generating sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Maintaining and updating customer records in the CRM system
  • Attending tradeshows when required
  • General administration tasks as required
Skills & Experience required:
  • Previous administration / office experience required
  • Sales Administration experience an advantage
  • Happy to work in the clients office 4 days a week, 1 day WFH
  • Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • First class organisation and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT systems
  • Ability to act on initiative & solve problems quickly and calmly
  • Sociable with a good sense of humour and always willing to go the extra mile!
