Job Description

Sales Negotiator - Erith/Bexley-Job Type: Full-time, On-siteSalary: £25,000 (including Car Allowance)OTE: £30,000 - £35,000 DOEWorking Hours:5-day working week, typically off on a Tuesday or Thursday, with occasional Sunday work

  • Monday – Friday: 08:45 – 18:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
  • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in negotiating, valuing, and selling properties to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, conducting viewings, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuringcompliance with all legal obligations. Building strong relationships with clients, conveyancing solicitors, and mortgage brokers is integral to the role.This is a great chance to work for an expanding, dynamicestate agency.   • Prior sales/estate agent experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Passion for the real estate industry
  • Computer literate, experience with real estate management software is ideal
  • Minimum of A-levels education or equivalent
Additional Information:
  • Three months probation period with a guaranteed OTE rate
  • Six-month review
  • OTE may be flexible for an exceptional candidate
