We need an experienced Sales Negotiator who would like to work for a local, market leading, dynamic independent Estate Agency covering the Worcester Park area. Previous experience in residential propertysales is essential and some listing experience would be preferable. You will need to be proactive, work exceptionally well as part of a team and strive to hit and exceed your personal targets as well as being the kind of person who can spot and take advantageof sales opportunities. You will have the ability to generate and win business whilst consistently providing exceptional client service, but most of all, have exceptional negotiation skills. Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:Previous residential Estate Agency experience Excellent (proven) sales ability Listing and valuation experience advantageous High level of customer service skills Superb telephone manner and positive attitude Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated Knowledgeof the local Beckenham area helpful Full Driving License essential and own car essential A thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency The Company: Our client is established independent Estate and Lettings Agency with offices in the Kent area.
