Sales & Marketing Manager - New Build Residential Competitive + Bonus London/SE + WFHPermanentWe have a new and exciting opportunity to join one of London and the South Easts fastest growing new build residential property providers as Sales & Marketing Manager on a permanent basis. In this role you will manage all things property Sales & Marketing, from leading Sales Execs to deliver excellent customer care and achieve targets, to driving marketing campaigns and updating agencies. On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in any of the following:*implement individual scheme sales and marketing strategies *monitoring and managing scheme budgets *building relationships with developers, local authorities, solicitors, IFAs and other stakeholders *managing, motivating and supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets *developing a market leading online customer experience *providing high level customer service throughout the sales process and look at ways to improve the customer journey *working with the sale team and external PR agencies to develop sales and marketing campaigns and implement overall digital marketing strategy *managing the CRM *overseeing progression to ensure exchange deadlines are met*ensuring compliance with all s106/nominations requirements, local marketing requirements, Homes England guidelines, etc*compiling concise and accurate reports and forecasts on property development sales activity If you like the sound of this opportunity, then wed be very keen to hear from you if you have some or all of the following experience:*formulating and implementing successful and innovative new build property sales and marketing strategies *knowledge of the mortgage market and conveyancing requirements *knowledge of the shared ownership property sale transaction *understanding of specific sales obligations associated with S106 and nomination agreements *proven track record of working effectively with colleagues, customers and external stakeholders (house builders, developers, IFAs, solicitors) *managing and developing staff *budget management *team player with the ability to create and lead, with the exec team, a company culture based on our mission and values In this role you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible working options, great development opportunities and the change to shape and define a growing department and organisation.
