This is an opportunity to join J.P. Morgans EMEA Investor Access Team in London with the opportunity to learn and to develop within the team. The team is responsible for arranging a range of corporate and expert access events for our equity and creditinstitutional investor clients and also provides Investor Relations services to the firms corporate clients. The individual will provide support to the EMEA Investor Access Team with a focus on execution of the originated corporate access product. Main Duties& Responsibilities Conferences Schedule initially the smaller conferences with the view to scheduling and running point on the 1:1 schedule for our largest events in Europe Liaise with internal and external clients on conferences, sending and revising investorand corporate schedules for live and ongoing events Manage the J.P. Morgans EMEA conference inboxes on a daily basis, ensuring all requests are actioned Register investor and J.P. Morgans attendees in relevant Event Management systems Provide support tothe conference co-ordinators on-site Run the post conferences stats and various attendance reports Investor Access Data Gatekeeper Check the accuracy of the corporate access data in our internal Event Management Systems Check the accuracy of investors profilein Chime & Event Center Automate the process wherever possible and ensure proper controls to ensure a flawless output to be shared with clients Work with huge data sets - analyse it to generate insights for business and summarize for senior management to reviewin a clear and concise manner Act as data gatekeeper for all the investors and participating companies for all access tracking including activity and related payment Non-Deal Roadshows Fill in all roadshow approval forms Produce the skeleton of the non-dealroadshow internal launch email Send invitations to approved clients Collect investor feedback & prepare the corporate feedback document post the roadshow Set up all conference calls initiated by the corporates Other Investor Access Events & Products Arrangebespoke investor trips in Europe, including booking meetings with corporates Fill in all relevant approval forms for investor tours and expert events Prepare all invitation emails for J.P. Morgans investor tours and expert access events Arrange J.P. MorgansInvestor Relations Forums Set up J.P. Morgans annual roadshow survey Ensure compliance with J.P. Morgans and regulatory requirements pertaining, and not limited to MifiD II, Anti-Corruption and Compliance Skills We are looking for a highly motivated andhard-working individual with front office admin experience, plus: Strong communication and inter-personal skills Proven ability to multi task and work under time pressure Strong knowledge of the capital markets Strong analytical skills Strong written and spokenEnglish Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to work alone or as part of a team but is also a self-starter
