Are you looking for a unique sales opportunity within a fantastic, multi-area venueTHE COMPANYBased in South London, this innovative and forward-thinking company has an impressive portfolio of hire spaces for both corporate and private clients. Each space is highly adaptive and has previously hosted a range of events including fashion shows, musicvideo shoots, conferences, intimate meetings to large scale themed scenic takeovers and parties. The portfolio includes a newly refurbished venue that’s fitted with the latest technologies, offering the perfect space to work and meet for collaborator’s, corporates,media, suppliers, event attendees and organisers.THE ROLEWith a strong and continued commercial growth, they are now looking for another Sales Manager to come on board and support their strong events pipeline by selling the unique spaces to both corporate and private clients. Duties will include:•Receiving and responding to incoming enquires into the venues•Proactively reaching out to relevant companies, organisers and suppliers•Identifying opportunities for growth•Actively sourcing leads•Upselling the additional services•Conducting show arounds•Producing proposals and costings to convert enquires•Working closely with internal teams to ensure the availability of events space and maximisation of the diary•Strengthening and developing relationships•Attending networking events•Managing all sales and event documentation including invoicingTHE CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will have previous sales experience gained from working in a prestigious venue or alternatively relevant event industry sales experience. A strong commercial eye is essential and candidates must have a strong understanding of the salesprocess.
