Job Description

Sales Manager, Notting Hill Are you looking to work with a growing boutique Estate Agency who thrive on providing premium service to their clients Our client is nestled in the heart of Notting Hill and are an established brand in the neighbourhood.This is an exciting opportunity to join an independent company where you can further your Estate Agency career working with the finest property.A bit about the role and expectations

  • A key focus of the role will be increasing the market share, you will be working closely with the senior management team and work on strategies to increase revenue streams.
  • Managing the sales team, ensuring KPIs are met and all processes are followed internally.
  • Conduct market appraisals and maintain regular contact including market updates with vendors and potential clients.
  • Continuously network across patch to build relationships and engage with clients and applicants alike.
  • Understand your demographic and demonstrate ability to adapt and work well and efficiently under high pressure.
  • Keep up to date with market trends and remain aware of competition around you.
About you
  • You must be at a senior valuer level, assistant manager as a minimum to be considered for role.
  • Presently working within the Kensington & Chelsea borough.
  • Willing to learn and grow with a positive energy to thrive and lead in a busy environment.
