Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sales Manager - Health ClubLOCATION: London (West London)SALARY: £25,000 - £30,000 + CommissionWe are working with an exciting brand who are opening their brand new high end health and wellbeing club within the heart of the West End.They are looking for an ambitious Membership and Marketing Manager who has exprience growing a membership base, ideally from pre-sales through to opening.Requirements1/ A confident individual, with proven experience of developing results driven marketing strategies2/Responsible for attracting and growing the member base3/ Develop initiatives that will increase revenue.You will be required to:

  • drive membership from a zero base within a fixed time period.
  • develop and deliver our strategic marketing vision, including, offline, online and all content;
  • establish marketing goals and forecasts and deliver these;
  • review current offerings and develop product initiatives;
  • lead our marketing campaigns in the London fitness community and the corporate market;
  • represent us in key stakeholder and new business meetings;
  • manage all promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects and collateral;
  • manage and deliver relevant marketing plus membership events;
  • research market trends, pricing, competitor offerings, and develop and implement ideas as a result;
  • track sales data and report progress on our business targets to the Board on a regular basis;
  • engage with our members to ensure they get outstanding service in accordance with our brand values and promise;
  • develop and maintain a members retention programme through regular communication with members;
  • manage relationships with marketing and advertising agencies, and other partners, to deliver our marketing activity.
    • BENEFITS:The role comes with a salary of £25,000-£30,000 (DOE) plus an attractive commission structure based on volume of members.
