Job Description

My client is a high- growth international business who are launching a number of celebrity mobile apps in the coming months. They are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to head up and manage the Creative Solutions sales area of the business. You will be a key player in the companys growth and will be looking at inevitable progression and earning potential.The role:

  • Manage revenue, forecasts an pipeline working with various stakeholders and agencies internationally.
  • Develop a successful strategy around how to best maximise revenue from direct monetisation methods, e.g.- In App sweep-stakes, Auctions, Partnerships, e-Commerce, Loyalty & Reward Schemes and affiliate marketing.
  • Identifying new opportunities by working with external partners and relevant agencies
  • Play a key part in developing a high performing creative sales team across multiple locations and ensure motivation and morale is high.
  • You will play a vital role in forming a strategy to drive direct monetisation revenues
  • Work in conjunction with the Chief Revenue Officer to optimise revenues and sales strategies
  • Produce accurate quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue forecasts
  • The candidate:
  • Working in depth knowledge of the digital sales space.
  • Experience within a sales/revenue generation role in either of the following; Publishing (Creative Solutions), Digital Retail Promos, In App purchases, Sweep-stakes, Auctions, Gamification, Loyalty and Reward schemes or Influencer Marketing.
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new revenues which appeal to users within the apps.
  • Strong leadership qualities to enable you to build a successful and high performing team.
  • Track record in working with brands or agencies within Sports, Fashion, Retail and Lifestyle would be beneficial.
  • In depth understanding of Sports Marketing would be highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of mobile in- App advertising and how to creatively maximise revenue.
  • A passion for Sports would be a big bonus!
