An exciting opportunity is available for an energetic Sales Manager to join a growing company in the emerging Fintech sector. The successful Sales Manager will join the well-established money transfer business based in Central London. The Sales Manager will earn a salary of £30,000 p/a, depending on experience (DOE). Our philosophy is to invest in the knowledge and development of each individual, so there are progression opportunities for the right candidate.The RoleAs a Sales Manager your objective will be to lead, develop and manage a sales team in order to achieve sales targets. In addition, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Identify and analyse customer groups in Eastern European communities - Bulgarians, Romanians, Polish, Latvians and Lithuanians in the UK, developing strategies to increase sales in each community- Develop sales tactics and materials for Opal Transfer’s call centre agents along with their messaging on the mobile app, website, Facebook page and Whatsapp- Train, motivate, coach and develop Opal Transfer’s call centre agents- Analyse and develop sales strategies, sales plans and detailed customer journeys for each group of clients (potential, new, regular, long term clients’ groups)- Establish strategies to promote customer referrals to friends- Seek and establish new revenue streams using digital applications and platforms- Continuously evaluate and improve current sales practises and drive changeThe CandidateTo be considered for the Sales Manager position you must have 2+ years experience in a similar role (Sales Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director etc.). In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential: - Fluent in English and fluency in any of the following languages: Bulgarian, Romanian, Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian - A commercial mindset with high energy and drive, along with a hands on approach- Extensive sales experience (2+ years experience is required), preferably in call centres and/or digital sales- Experience in managing a sales team, using excellent motivational and coaching skills to achieve targets- Experience in developing and delivering sales training, coupled with the ability present and educate the sales team- Able to analyse sales performance and take action to improve performance where necessary, making things happenThe BenefitsOpal Transfer not only offers the successful Sales Manager a generous salary of circa £30,000 (DOE) and sales target bonuses, but also career growth opportunities.
