Job Description

Sales Consultant High Income Remote Self-employed Native Spanish,Italian, French, or Portuguese.Our client is an innovative international car rental company offering a unique franchise.The role they are recruiting for is as a Remote Self-Employed Sales Consultant responsible for qualifying and generating new customers by introducing our client’s innovative leading-edge solutions to their business. You will be working directly with the Director and sales team to hit appointment and sales targets developing initial enquiries and interest into confirmed new customers. We are especially interested in native speakers of Spanish, French, Italian and German as well as English to represent us in various countries.Customers will largely be existing independent car rental operations. As the world emerges from restrictions, travel is increasing both nationally and internationally. The car rental industry is set for substantial growth. Capacity has been cut and companies that were not prepared for change have gone bust or downsized through the Pandemic. This age coming will be one for the entrepreneur with adaptability and flexibility to react to disruption. To see opportunity where others see threats. The biggest largest players are inflexible and led by boards that were set up for an old way of doing things. Our client is entrepreneur/owner led and innovates and adjusts to changing market conditions, foreseeing the future. This means that the franchise, you will be selling, now makes incredible investment sense as the market increasingly is selling service.Role:

  • Create awareness, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities through outbound telephone selling, e-mail, and social media channels.
  • Generate new business contracts by pitching to senior decision makers and business owners qualifying their needs.
  • Adopt a consultative sales approach to show the benefits and potential returns that your services can offer to businesses.
  • Hit monthly targets for appointments and new customer sign ups.
  • You have a fluent major language for the country you wish to sell in. Spanish, French, Italian, Germans as well as English
  • Requirements:
  • A minimum 5 years sales experience includidng in Spanish, italian, French or Portuguese
  • Business and entrepreneurial knowledge and attitude
  • Confidence with a positive attitude to listen and learn and a desire to work hard and hit targets / goals.
  • Self-discipline with our support and guidance to achieve high income.
  • A professional personality and demeanour
  • A native langue speaker for the market chosen. Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese as well as English
  • The role also involves a high level of training and support, working in tandem with the Director to achieve results. The initial months in the role will include on-going training and guidance through the sales process to build your pipeline as quickly as possible.Remuneration:An average salesperson would be expected to make 20 appointments per month and to close an absolute minimum of 2 of them. Excellent salespeople will be nearer 1 in 2.There are two financial elements to your remuneration. The first is designed to take pressure off and reward you whilst you build up a pipeline familiarise and build what effectively is your own business in our network. The second is where you have the potential for high income for closing sales. We call this the opening and closing payments. (For absolute clarity you have nothing to pay ever.)The Opening Advance Payment.For each appointment you make, with a qualified prospect, irrespective of result, you will be paid.This should talk all pressure off you. It also takes pressure off the company of accountability and ensuring you are working remotely accordingly to the training and direction that will be given. It ensures that those that work the hardest are paid more from the start.The Closing PaymentThis is what your real target is to build personal high income and wealth You will receive a percentage of the franchise sales. This could have a range depending on the size up to say Euros 100,000. These payments will also be split in relationship to how the customer pays. They may for example pay more in return from spreading the payments of over 12 months.Clearly after a while you will have a pipeline, network and increasing enquiries generating from your original work. So, we suggest that the first quarter is one to get the message out to as many people as possible. Often the deal is right, but the timing is not. Plus, more businesses are now focusing on how to make more sales, profits, and investment. Rather than the opposite of cost cutting and surviving.We have designed the remuneration to be high income whilst covering short term cash flow.We have a proven sales system that works.
