Our client is taking the Marketing SaaS market by storm. Following a £100m round of investment they have grown over the last 18 months by 160% to over 400 employees and are showing no signs of stopping. They are looking for 3 Business Development Managersto join their London team and help continue their dominance in the UK market.Their Marketing, Events, Customer Engagement solution is world class and a market leader in its field and the economic situation with Covid has only strengthened their solution and increased their customer base. Their solution is used by a broad range ofcustomers from the Fortune100 through to up and coming companies within various industries including Tech, Retail, Manufacturing etc.From a sales perspective the company are very well structured. With Marketing and an internal sales team generating 70% of the leads, meetings and opportunities you will close. There is the expectation that you will contribute 30% yourself through self generation.You will need to be passionate about sales and have a new business attitude. Any experience selling marketing, events, streaming, video solutions would be a positive however alternatively 3+ years SaaS sales experience within a new business role is enough.What youll be doing: Sales Executive
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
  • Sell our solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
  • Skilfully deliver web-based and F2F presentations using sales best practices
  • Qualify prospects needs and effectively map them to the solution
  • Expertly create proposals, negotiate, and close business
  • Become an industry expert and develop product mastery
  • Drive to individually compete (and win!) while still being a team player
  • Consistently exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota and be well-compensated for doing so
Experience Required: Sales Executive
  • 3+ years of selling SaaS to Mid-Market or Enterprise companies
  • Track record of success in closing new business and exceeding sales targets
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn new concepts quickly
  • Competitive nature while operating within a team environment
  • Demonstrable pipeline generation experience, particularly building a multi-faceted territory plan and executing successfully
  • Passion, Drive, and Coach-ability
  • The ability to work in a fast paced technology environment, with a constant sense of urgency
  • Superb communication skills: written and verbal
  • Bachelors degree in business or related discipline
