Job Description

Sales Executive salary £25,000 - £30,000Based in HammersmithHybrid - 4 days in the office, one day working from home A great opportunity has arisen working for a Global Uniform Manufacturer based in Hammersmith who are looking to recruit a Sales Executive. This is an active and varied sales role. You will have an excellent opportunity to make an immediate contributionto the team and company pipeline and directly help the team achieve our strategic goal, to grow the company organically.You are responsible for supporting the Commercial Director, Sales Manager and Marketing Manager in identifying key strategic prospects and sales opportunities within our chosen target markets, help build the sales pipeline and maintain the Sales Databaseand tender planner.Duties

  • To gain a good market overview and understanding of existing and potential target markets In UK and EMEA
  • Actively research organisations (linked in, calling, Lead Forensics; company websites etc.) to find key decision makers and identify new prospects
  • Actively Cold Call prospects to weekly schedule, to build identify sales leads; contract renewal dates and build brand recognition and ultimately relationships
  • Set up sales meetings for Commercial Director or Sales Manager to develop sales leads
  • Build, update and maintain the sales database and company opportunities pipeline
  • Take Incoming Sales calls and enquiries - respond quickly to find out their requirements and share with the team for qualification
  • Update and maintain sales team reports for weekly and monthly meetings
  • Check Weekly tender trackers for upcoming opportunities and report back to team for qualification
  • Compile and send sales letters / e-mails and relevant marketing material in follow up to new leads
  • Report weekly on your Sales call / prospecting activities to rest of team
  • Help create proposals for individual projects/prospects based on their brief. Follow through to secure meetings with the client
  • Assist the Commercial Director and Sales Manager with the tender process from pre-qualification stages through to final contract negotiations, including compiling tender documentation & commercials
  • To agree commercials: prices, contracts, critical paths and be responsible for all decisions agree with client, with help of the Director of Sales
  • Help with all prospect client presentation or meeting preparation including sourcing samples for new clients meetings
  • Help the team send out samples, sign off sheets and tender packs and track through to delivery
  • Help Marketing Manager plan and manage annual Photoshoot of new ranges - sourcing samples, models, location, budget etc.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • A great communicator both written and verbal, confidant and engaging
  • Sales experience, ideally Cold calling and following up leads
  • Will consider Retail sales- must have come from a consultative sales environment
  • PC literate
  • Strong organisational skills
