Job Description

This is an exciting temporary opportunity with the view to go permanent to work for a property company as a Sales Executive! THE ROLE:* Being responsible for the conversion of inbound B2C leads into happy consumers of our guarantor product* Owning targets, tracking KPIs, and striving to hit weekly and monthly success metrics and quarterly OKRs* Engaging with leads and prospects via various channels, including phone, email, and live chat* Being the Ambassador and source of knowledge of our product to the outside world, being able to clearly, concisely, and credibly articulate the product and its USP to consumers or partners* Identifying weak points and opportunities, working with the Product and Operations teams to convey prospects feedback and improve the product as a whole* Introducing processes, guidelines, and best practices to ensure high performance in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment* Ensuring a successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application* Being flexible in a fast-changing environmentESSENTIALS:* A minimum of 6 months experience in sales or a customer-facing role * A success record in exceeding your targets* Proven work experience in a startup at growth stage, preferably FinTech, PropTech, or Cyber* A record of adaptability and the ability to move fast under uncertainty* Intrinsic motivation, a positive attitude, and leadership skills* Strong communication skills* Highly organised, accountable, and an autodidactIf you feel that you fit the above criteria then please apply today by submitting your CV to us.
