You will also be responsible for technical sales, working closely with customers, primarily in the IT sector, to offer technical solutions.Key responsibilities and skills required are: » Generating new business sales opportunities through business development and technical sales with new customers» Target Data Centres and other relevant industries to secure capital equipment sales» Find opportunities for increasing sales within existing customer accounts» Work with the sales, tendering and finance teams and any other parts of the business to produce the required information» Produce a monthly report that shares relevant information on new target opportunities, market and competitor information» Work independently and efficiently with internal colleaguesThe ideal candidate would have the following knowledge and experience: » Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a technical market» Good understanding and knowledge of Power, Critical Markets or Electric Capital Equipment» Proven track record of sales, including growing new business» Good commercial knowledge and technical understanding» Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of a customer account, from senior management to shop floor» Located within 30 minutes commute of a central London railway station» Full UK driving licence Required skills
