Sales Director - SaaSEurope (Remote)55-85k Base, 90-125k OTE + Great BenefitsOur European client is an innovative provider of Cloud based Contact Center solutions. With solutions covering both inbound and outbound for all phone, SMS, chat and social communications, they are well positioned to build upon the success they are experiencingaround the world. To remain at the top of their game, they now have an exciting opening for an experienced Sales Director to be remotely based anywhere in Europe.As a Sales Director, you will: * Report to and work closely with the CRO* Develop and implement sales strategy for each available region* Strategise outreach, acquisition and onboarding* Manage and lead a growing international and remotely based sales function* Grow the current team of 8 SDRs and AEs* Recruit, coach, train and support professional development* Drive processes and best practices through pipelines and sales administration* Prepare weekly and monthly reporting* Align sales and marketing effortsSales Director applications are invited from leaders with the following skills and traits: * Degree education* 5+ years B2B international SaaS experience (CCaaS highly advantageous)* 3+ years sales leadership (high performing teams)* Remote management experience* Self-motivated and results-orientated with proven influencing skills* Gravitas, credibility, a strategic mindset and a desire to be part of an evolving company* C1 level English speakersThe successful Sales Director can expect: * A base salary of 55-85k* First-year achievable OTE of 90-125k* Additional, generous and executive benefits* Flexible working and a healthy work-life balance* Personal growthThe Certus Recruitment Group is an established and experienced specialist consultancy providing sales, marketing and IT recruitment services to the business community throughout the UK, Europe, North America and Australia.
