My client, a global Foreign Exchange and International Payments business, is looking for a Sales Director to join the business. If you have strong leadership skills plus extensive sales experience within the FX and CFD industry then we want to hear from you.Job Title: Sales DirectorIndustry: International PaymentsLocation: LondonPackage: Up to £100,000 base salary plus commission and benefitsThe role:This role will begin as an individual contributor position and you will be growing the client base on the retail side of the business. You will initially be selling within the UK and Europe, however the role has scope to become global in the future. You will be responsible for growing a sales team to report into you and it will be your role to set sales strategies and manage the team, while continuing to achieve individual sales targets. You will also have overview of sales and marketing budgets.The candidate:The successful candidate will have proven sales experience within the FX and CFD industry and a strong understanding of this space. You will have experience selling FX products and solutions on an international basis and will know how to establish a retail offering within an FX focused business. The ideal candidate will be able to bring a black book of contacts with them to help them grow the client base. You will ideally have some line management experience, however senior sales candidates with some mentoring experience who are looking to step up will also be considered. It would be advantageous if you are able to speak Mandarin, however this is not a pre-requisite.The package:My client will pay a base salary up to £100,000 plus commission.
