Global Professional Services outfit looking for a highly experienced sales leader to join as Sales Director, Leader.London-based role where you will be responsible for the overall direction, strategy and execution for sales and sales operations across the EMEA region.Client DetailsOur client are an innovative provider of consultancy services to businesses looking to harness the powers of psychology & behavioural science to transform company performance.Our client are listed on the London Stock Exchange and work across a considerable number of countries & regions globally. This role is responsible for the EMEA region only.DescriptionOur client are in need of someone who is to be responsible for developing short and long-term sales market strategies to contribute toward company growth. You will be working in a high-growth environment and will be the Sales Leader.

  • Enhance and expand the sales functions, upgrading sales and sales operations, while working cross-functionally to achieve significant revenue growth
  • Responsible for the overall direction, strategy and execution for sales and sales operations across EMEA
  • Develop short and long-term scalable market strategy and forecasts through market analysis and interpretation of data. Communicate activities of execution and sales productivity to the senior management team
  • Drive the integration and high growth of our clients software/digital offering, services and digital ecosystem with the current core business
  • Assess current sales methodologies and team structure to propose/implement necessary adjustments in order to optimize performance
  • Be a strategic thought leader and advisor to the CCO; a true business partner
  • Maintain strong reporting and accountability against numbers, driving to exceed quotas, while developing and managing motivating incentive tools
  • ProfileOur client are in need of an exceptional Sales Leader to influence and ultimately execute sales strategy for the EMEA region. You will be an experienced Director with a proven track record in leading high performance sales teams to success.
  • Credible and strong client-facing sales track record and ability to assist & sponsor sales teams to move strategic deals forward and help elevate the level of customer relationship
  • Strategic and practical thinker who is seasoned in driving the growth of a sales organisation, building capability, and acting as a pivotal leader to grow the EMEA business
  • Extensive leadership experience driving go-to-market strategy and leading high performing teams across sales and operations
  • Experience developing scalable, repeatable programs and sales processes
  • Industry Experience: Given the nature of our clients service offering it is essential that you come with having been successful in selling software solutions to the C-Suite, specifically the Chief People Officer or Chief Human Resource Officer. Understanding and passion for relevant sectors including HCM, D&I, Culture, Performance Management, Management Development and Employee.Our client need you to have sold a software solution/digital offering/online coaching/training/consultancy etc. into HR from within the Professional Services space - a people-centric product or service would be ideal. You must also have worked in a scale up, high-environment and be looking forward to the challenge of working in such a setting.Job OfferSalary is negotiable depending on experience. Required skills
