Job Description

Sales Manager/Director - Quik-AI COMPLETE JOB DESCRIPTION FIELD WITH THE FOLLOWINGQuik-AI is a startup on a mission to improve the speed, ease and cost of AI Integration (e.g. LLMs) into software. Our platform, that is due to launch by end March, enables SaaS companies to introduce LLM AI into their software, reducing integration costs and integration time by up to 70%. We are backed by a mid-sized corporate and well-funded. If youre passionate about driving growth in a dynamic startup environment and have a proven track record in buildingand scaling AI or SaaS businesses, we want you to join our team. The RoleQuik-AI is seeking a Sales Director with a unique blend of expertise in AI or SaaS B2B sales and a successful track record in navigating the challenges of scaling a startup. As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy,building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will provide insight on product improvements and features to the tech team and report weekly to the Managing Director of the Group. Your experience in building up AI or SaaS businesses from theground up will be instrumental in propelling Quik-AI to new heights. As the company grows, you will be given the opportunity to promote up the organisation. Experience and Knowledge

  • Sales Leadership and Strategy:
o Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, aligning with the startups growth objectives. o Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team, fostering a culture of innovation, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Startup Scaling:
o Leverage your experience in scaling AI or SaaS startups to drive rapid, sustainable growth. o Identify new market opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and pioneer initiatives to expand Quik-AIs presence.
  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
o Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and positioning Quik-AI as the solution of choice. o Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of customer requirements and effective communication of the value proposition.
  • Agile Sales Approach:
o Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, adapting sales strategies to changing market conditions and startup priorities. o Foster a culture of experimentation and learning within the sales team to optimize processes and achieve results. Qualifications and Training
  • Proven experience as a Sales Director in a startup environment, with a focus on AI or SaaS.
  • Track record of successfully building and scaling AI or SaaS businesses from the ground up.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI or SaaS business models, coupled with a passion for innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
