Job Description

My client is an exciting SaaS FinTech scale-up, whose technology platform is used by global businesses to help them attract talent and provide an amazing candidate journey through providing access to content that will help them make better decisions on theircareer path. Already used by Coca Cola, Mars, KPMG and Rolls Royce (amongst others), this platform is revolutionsing how employers interact with potential employees on a global scale.Due to continued growth, they are keen to build on their success by adding a new Sales Development Representative to their team. This will be a fast-paced and varied role, with the opportunity to work with both Sales and Marketing teams, generating yourown opportunities, following up on warm leads and building strong relationships with potential B2B clients. Responsibilities will include:

  • Contact potential Clients through cold calls, emails and social channels
  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Creative thinking to run targeted campaigns to generate more demand and increase pipeline
  • Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Supporting the senior Sales Team at Client meetings, draft pitches, proposals and RFPs
  • Maintain and develop CRM prospect database
This is a perfect entry-level opportunity to supercharge your career into enterprise SaaS Sales.Were looking for 1-2 years experience in a B2B business development or sales role, ideally within B2B Tech although not essential. You will be confident in using different techniques to connect with potential Clients, including cold calling, social mediaand email approaches. An outgoing, confident personality backed up by outstanding communication skills are essential. Most important of all - youll be a great team player who is happy to get involved and give it a go. Innovation is the name of the gamehere and everyones input is valued.In return, youll receive a competitive basic salary of £30,000, uncapped bonus (c. £12K in the first year) and an attractive benefits package.
