Job Description

Sales Development RepresentativeHybrid WorkOffice Location - Milton Keynes - requires in office 2 days a week.We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join a fast-growing HRTech company as asales development representative.Our client is a global provider of employee engagement platforms and expert consultancy to help make data driven people decisions and manage change better within organizationsThey have recently received seed of £1.5 million. My client is looking for someone with a hunter mentality, who will attack their leads, and is looking for an opportunity for excellent career progression and the chance to grow as the company grows.There is massive scope for career growth, earnings, and the opportunity to be part of a business that is shaking up the industry. Compensation is up to 30k alongside a very strong and uncapped commission scheme.Additional benefits include: Hybrid working (office based in Milton Keynes) and a hugely rewarding compensation programme.To succeed in this role, you need to have experience working within HRTech or SaaS sales.Benefits of the Role.

Key Skills and Experience of a Business Development Consultant
  • Experience working within HRTech or SaaS sales
  • Experience running a 180 sales process (preferred)
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational abilities.
  • Ability to adjust to tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent communication skills, a polished telephone manner and excellent written English.
  • Observe the ability to quickly pick up topics and quickly become self-sufficient.
