Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleWe have a vacancy for a Sales Co-ordinator who will provide support to the Sales & Marketing Team in managing the marketing and promotion of the Groups Outright Sale and Affordable Sale properties.You will coordinate the sales procedure to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from reservation to sales completion whilst ensuring that the organisations procedures and guidelines are adhered to. With great administration skills youwill ensure accurate and timely records are kept in relation to plot sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information.This will be based out of our London office but the post will require occasional travel to visit both existing sites and new sites under consideration.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youAs a People First business you proven passion for customer service and meeting customer expectations. You should be able to demonstrate on your application superb admin and organisation skills with a strong IT skills. You will need good knowledge of, andability to work with, a wide range of computer programmes, systems including Microsoft products.
