Job Description

Our client is looking for a motivated Sales Associate who can drive growth and expansion in the London area, with specialism in the Endoscopic Spine division of the business. As you grow in this role, you’ll have ample opportunity for career progressionand professional development.The companyOur client is one of the fastest-growing medical device distributors across the UK. They produce cutting-edge solutions within the spinal, ENT, sports medicine, and pain management markets. They pride themselves on their close-knit culture and are excitedabout their progress and expansion across Europe and the Middle East.The roleWithin this role, you’ll manage and maintain current accounts across London as well as driving new business forward. You will be inheriting and building upon our client’s Spine business across a highly competitive area, so you won’t be afraid of hard work.Responsibilities include:

  • Setting, exceeding, and meeting sales goals and objectives
  • Travelling across the UK to support the team
  • Becoming specialised in our client’s spinal portfolio
  • Forming and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Improving customer satisfaction through support and training
  • International and UK wide travel is required
The requirementsThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales role with evidence of success, or experience in spinal or orthopaedics, as well as:
  • Degree Educated in a relevant Scientific discipline
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to maintain a strong personal impression
  • An understanding of human anatomy and physiology
  • Commercial acumen
  • Flexible and willing to work weekends and unsocial-able hours on occasion
  • Outgoing and determined
  • Career driven and ambitious
  • Competitive in nature
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel across the territory
