Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, confident, and commercially driven Retail Assistant to work in a stunning new experiential retail destination at Westfield. Unlike any other retail experience space, this futuristic studio comprises what will be four of the most desired cars to reach the UK in 2021.This flagship destination is set to be a landmark in the UK auto retail landscape as it sets the bar for new age dealerships. The studio will be truly one-of-a-kind, where consumers can experience the very best in test drives and auto experiences.Overall Accountabilities:You will be providing a world-class standard of customer service for visitors to this innovative, unique new London space. This will be a supporting role and will include educating consumers on the brand, ethos, history and values. You will provide first class test drives, support diary management and ensure the studio is consumer ready at all times.Your overall accountabilities will include:

  • Supporting the studio floor team to deliver a world class experience, every time
  • Ensuring the studio is fully functional, clean and presentable
  • Providing support to customers physically and digitally, providing product demonstrations that are truly inspiring and engaging
  • Performing first class customer service in studio and during test drives
  • Supporting the team to generate sales in line with the brand guidelines - never taking a "hard sell" approach, but tailoring your approach to every individual customer’s needs
  • Using your own charisma, passion, hobbies and skills to bring the experience to life
  • Escalating customer queries as required to ensure they receive the best possible resolution
  • Partake in ongoing training and development
  • Achieving and exceeding customer satisfaction, and studio revenue KPIs
  • Ensuring the space is consumer ready at all times
  • Championing brand loyalty
    • Who are we looking for
  • Full Driving License - you must have a full driving license to be considered for this role
  • Previous experience in a sales or retail role is desirable
  • Highly service oriented, always putting the customer first, attention to detail, proactive on tasks and duties.
  • Professional, and a team player - able to work as part of a diverse and varied team, collaboratively, always seeking to achieve the best possible results against KPIs, together
  • A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
  • A clear communicator
  • A sales enthusiast with passion for excellent customer service
  • A background in or passion for automotive is desired but not essential
  • Basic knowledge of all Microsoft packages
