Job Description

Typical Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Generate proposals for team and reply to sales-related communications or enquiries via email and phone.
  • Database Management Maintain the CRM system ensuring accuracy and up to date.
  • Website Management: Oversee website upkeep (training will be provided)
  • Social Media Management: Keeping all channels up to date (copy provided).
  • Internal Marketing: Coordinate internal marketing activities, including new starter announcements and key event publicity.
  • Event Coordination: Organise client events and team days.
  • Email Marketing: Send out communications and manage campaigns (content provided).
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant sales and marketing support / administration experience in a B2B environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • A natural organiser.
  • Affinity for multi-tasking with attention to detail.
  • Proficient working with MS Office, MS Teams & WhatsApp.
  • Previously worked with a CRM system or database system.
Ideally experience of or a willingness to learn:
  • Updating website pages and content using a content management system.
  • Posting content on social media channels using specific tools and software.
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles.
