Job Description

Resoponsibilities: Generate reports including fund pipelines, progress of investors by geography, investor type, fund strategy Provide interested investors with access to fund datarooms (i.e. Intralinks) ; Update Salesforce database with key investor, and meeting details including follow up notes, feedback, contact details, etc. Send diligence packets to specific investors copying appropriate internal team members Create meeting agendas for in person, and virtual investor meetings Assist in creating marketing plans / market research on funds & investors, using third party vendors incl. Preqin, Pitchbook, etc. Craft and refine invitation lists, invitation emails for webinars/events ; Assist with investor requests, where appropriate, with Project Management and other teams within the FirmIdeal Candidate: 1-2 years of total experience, preference for financial services / sales experience Knowledge of Salesforce (or other CRM system), Intralinks (or other data room system), and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and high-performing work ethic Self-starter, pro-active initiative to anticipate needs of investors and Senior Relationship Managers Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with strict deadlines Seeking to gain exposure to financial/markets and alternatives including private equity, credit and real assets Position offers high exposure to institutional investors, Senior Management, Fund Heads/Portfolio Managers, Senior Relationship Managers
