Job Description

JOB ROLE: Sales Administrator - Maternity ContractCOMPANY: Financial ServicesHOURS: 9am - 6pmSALARY: £25,000 - £27,000LOCATION: Euston, London (remote working)DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Supporting both the internal and regional Business Development Managers
  • Ongoing management of the CRM system (Salesforce) by completing updates and fulfilling requirements to produce in-depth and accurate reporting
  • Producing daily activity and pipeline reports for the management team
  • Manipulation of data, extracting data from Salesforce and presenting this on Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations, using graphs and other tools when required
  • Managing the agenda and taking minutes for our weekly Sales & Marketing meeting
  • Working with the Marketing and Strategic Partner teams to manage events
  • Analyse data from events and other sources, importing this into Salesforce
  • Review and streamline internal processes for the Sales and Marketing team
  • SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • Strong IT knowledge (particularly Microsoft Office including Excel)
  • Experience of using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce
  • Pride in their work and focused on the internal reputation of the team
  • Excellent English grammar to provide high quality well-written emails
  • Highly organised and able to work unsupervised efficiently and effectively
  • Strong and flexible work ethic
  • High quality interpersonal skills
