Job Description

You will be working at the Headquarters of this International Trading company in Central London. The role involves supporting sales and marketing, arranging shipments, coordinating logistics, processing shipping documents and processing accounts data.Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the importing, exporting and storage of goods
  • Administration of all end to end documents including sales notes, purchase orders, packing lists and invoices
  • Data entry into SAP
  • Ensuring accurate stock control
  • Monitoring credit control and ensuring customer payments are received on time
  • Monitoring credit limits and ensuring that limits are not exceeded.
  • Monitoring FOREX booking balance
  • Support with new business development for new products
  • Ad hoc administration duties as required
Skills and Experience:
  • Relevant experience of import/export and logistics
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Cooperative, flexible and "Can do" attitude
  • Accurate and proven numerical skills
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Good time and task management, ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
