Job Description

SailPoint and CyberArk EngineerAs a SailPoint and CyberArk Engineer within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project of the UK information Security Transformation programme you will be responsible for helping with the successful implementation of both SailPoint and CyberArk projects into the organisation.You will work closely with the Identity and Access Management team, the implementation partner, ISTP and other firm-wide stakeholders to ensure high quality delivery and to provide CyberArk and SailPoint technical subject matter expertise.You will provide CyberArk and SailPoint expertise across across the range of IAM project activities including Testing, Change/deployment management and Training to help drive successful project delivery and ensure that technical milestones and timelines are met.You will represent and where appropriate lead the IAM perspective at a range of key review meetings, workshops and stakeholder interactions.Key Accountabilities:

  • Assisting with the technical implementation of CyberArk and SailPoint
  • Assisting with SailPoint technical configuration and deployment activities
  • Assisting with application onboarding to SailPoint
  • Assisting with CyberArk technical configuration and deployment activities
  • Assisting with account onboarding to CyberArk
  • Assisting with IAM Change/Deployment activities
  • Assisting with the production of IAM related Testing/QA/Training materials
  • Production of IAM governance and process documentation
    • Qualifications and Previous Experience:
  • A proven track record of successful technical implementation of Identity and Access Management projects
  • Significant prior experience in a technical capacity implementing SailPoint, including SailPoint IdentityNow
  • Significant prior experience in a technical capacity implementing CyberArk
  • Expertise in IAM tools
  • Experience with Cloud-based deployments and technologies
  • Experience with Java, BeanShell and SQL
  • Experience with LDAP and Active Directory
  • Experience configuring connectors for Active Directory, SAP and SQL
  • Experience onboarding applications to SailPoint
  • Experience installing and configuring CyberArk Privileged Access Management
  • Experience onboarding accounts to CyberArk, including usage of Privileged Session Management
  • Strong leadership experience working with business owners and co-ordinating teams across the organisation to meet technical milestones
  • Ability to work positively with the full range of individuals and groups involved in the programme
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of the Security function, Partners, project teams and 3rd party service providers
  • Credibility within the project environment and ability to influence others
  • Driven and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership to get the job done in a practical and pragmatic fashion without upsetting others
  • Proven written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills that can be executed credibly to inspire confidence in you and the delivery of the project
  • A strong problem solver with a pragmatic and tenacious attitude to seek out resolutions
  • Experience of working in a Professional Services environment would be advantageous
  • Prior experience of the following would be advantageous:
  • AWS and Azure, Okta, Idaptive
  • Cloud technologies, AD, SAP, Microsoft Project
  • ServiceNow, JIRA
