An opportunity to join our skilledand highly motivated team supporting the management team as a Safeguarding Support Officer.The postholder will be able to provide administrative and data analysis support for safeguarding and HR Teams. The postholder will provide effective and efficient supportfor key meetings ensuring that key safeguarding deadlines are met effectively. The successful applicant will also need to be able to learn new processes and procedures quickly and effectively.Our ideal candidate will be a graduate with a genuine interest inworking within social care type setting. The postholder will also have strong administrative skills as well as a confidence and understanding of minuting multi-agency meetings. Data analysis will also be a central element of the role so the candidate mustbe able to effectively use data software to produce key statistical information.High levels of confidentiality and resilience in handling emotionally challenging situations are essential.
