Job Description

A family office in London is seeking a Russian-speaking project coordinator with strong interior design background to join its team. Immediate start and a competitive salary, depending on your skills and experience.Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing an interior design project from start to finish
  • Conducting designer and architect research
  • Designing layouts, preparing interior design proposals and presentations
  • Describing accurately and justifying designs and considerations to the Family so they can make informed choices
  • Monitoring on-site progress and preparing reports
  • Liaising with, contractors and suppliers; negotiating and managing relationships with them
  • Working with other team members to undertake quality, cost & document control
  • Note-taking during meetings
  • Some administrative duties
  • Preparing budgets and doing regular reporting
  • Translating English - Russian - English
    • Skills and experiences:
  • Experience and knowledge of high-end residential property interior design
  • Experience in conducting quantitative surveys
  • Knowledge of the design process from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of luxury brands
  • An existing network of suppliers and manufacturers
  • Competent in 3D design software, Photoshop, InDesign, and Excel
  • Able to work autonomously and under pressure
  • Very high-level communication skills: fluent in English and Russian, with the ability to communicate complicated ideas accurately and clearly
  • An existing portfolio of luxury interior design projects will be an advantage
  • Well-presented, organised, and efficient in all dealings
  • Experience working in a family office is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work under pressure
