Ruby on Rails Support EngineerWe are seeking a Ruby on Rails Support Engineer to join an innovative start-up company based in Elephant and Castle, as part of a close-knit and high-performing tech team, to aid the set up of a dedicated engineering support function.The Ruby on Rails Support Engineer will work collaboratively with senior Ruby developers, product teams and external clients to resolve technical issues and improve levels of support provided, as well as de-bugging issues across the Ruby stack.The successful Ruby on Rails Support Engineer will ideally come from a strong background in Ruby development together with experience implementing Ruby applications and supporting users after deployment.
