*** Ruby on Rails Developer - Part Time (2-3 days p/week) - Fully Remote ***Avanti Recruitment are working alongside a SaaS company to recruit for a Ruby on Rails Developer to work remotely on a part time basis (2-3 days per week).The company are a small but well established and have been running for almost 10 years now. Their application was built at the same time and has been scaled and improved over time. There will be some legacy code to get stuck in to but also loads of exciting greenfield stuff that you’ll be getting your hands on from day one. Their tech debt in minimal so you won’t be doing too much in the way of bug fixing or resolving issues, which will free you up to do all the fun stuff such as making improvements to their platform and building from scratch. Their client base is forever growing and with that brings the need for regular new features to be added and ongoing maintenance to ensure the platform remains robust and scalable. You’ll be working in a small team alongside their other Developer and the Product Manager and they are looking for someone that can come in and hit the ground running, so you’ll ideally have around 5+ years commercial experience behind you. You’ll of course get training on their application and codebase and you’ll have the ongoing support of the other developer and the product manager.
