Able to excel in a fast-moving environment; business and technical requirements can and do change rapidly in our industry.
Able to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently; we often have to investigate complex issues in a live environment where both speed and safety are paramount
Possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate technical issues clearly and accurately to non-technical members of the team
Comfortable working across front-end (10-20%) and back end (80-90%) technology stacks to develop business logic and database layers.
Able to work with cloud technologies and the use of DevOps tools.
Enjoy a highly collaborative working approach using an agile based methodology. Our team relies on working efficiently and effectively together, as well as the ability to focus on individual tasks and projects

Be comfortable with remote working (we are 100% remote) but still being part of a team. Willing and able to occasionally travel for meetings (COVID restrictions permitting) and team collaboration - typically into Central London.
