Working with the digital DevOps team you will be required to use Agile Methodologies to create automation bots according tothe user stories created as per the requirements specified by the business clients.Salary rangeNon London - £36,000-£41,000paLondon - £42,100-£48,000paEssential Job Duties Development, deployment and maintenance of support of automated processes, which are delivered to time, budget and specification to meet projected returns on investment and targeted business benefits Support and maintenance of the RPA application platform and server/ infrastructure Operational support of robotic automation processes. Take ownership and proactively drive operational issues through to resolution Engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business to manage dependencies essential to the delivery of automation. Build strong relationships with IT stakeholders and ensure scheduled system updates and upgrades are known and applicable automated processes are reviewed and regression tested. Continuously improve deployed automations to optimise process performance and maximise business benefit and investigating & documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development. Work in an agile environment to demonstrate product updatesEducation and Experience Requirements ESSENTIAL Minimum 2 years of experience in a software development role Experience with RPA Software (e.g. Automation Anywhere, Ui Path, Blue Prism) Other coding experience e.g.HTML and CSS experience, Javascript, SQL Database management Working in a team Experience architecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionality Experience of working in Agile framework Jira, standups etc. Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDESIRABLE Process improvement and transformation programmes of work Knowledge of Welfare to work industry and employment contracts Experience with web development technologies preferential Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologiesNote: As well as possessing the necessary qualifications, skills, knowledge or experience, having the right mindset and behaviours which are in line with our company values is equally important.
