Job Description

A brand new and extremely exciting role has become available for a Royalty Coordinator (10 Month contract) to work within a global Music/Media business based in LondonKey Responsibilities:-

  • Preparation of quarterly and six monthly royalty statements ensuring contractual guidelines are met for all music labels.
  • Interpreting and implementing artist recording agreements to the royalty system.
  • Manage new release set up ensuring complete label copy is obtained to enable accurate beneficiary management.
  • Ensuring all new products are set up on the royalty system with correct participants.
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for Artists and Management.
  • Management of workload and assisting the Royalty Supervisor on an ad hoc basis.
