Job Description

In so doing, they seek to make a positive, sustainable contribution to both the UK economy and society.On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a Roadshow Manager for a hybrid contract based in Marylebone for 9 months.As a Roadshow Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Managing deal and non-deal related roadshows for a wide range of internal and external clients.
  • Ensuring that all activities and RS duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Supporting Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle from conception to completion.
  • Creating, managing and distributing roadshow schedules (in Excel) for all roadshow types.
  • Booking travel, logistics - flights (commercial and private) cars, trains and accommodation.
  • Researching, pricing and managing the booking of suitable venues across Europe and Asia for a range of group events.
  • Acting as an ambassador for BNPP on site at London external events.
  • Setting up Deal Roadshow slide presentations.
  • Booking all meetings with Investors using Bloomberg. Liaising with Investors, Sales and JLMs (booking meetings, requesting availability and general correspondence).
  • Finalising all costs for Roadshows.
What we require from the candidate:
  • Investment banking or roadshow experience.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects autonomously in a highly pressurised, fast paced environment.
  • Experience in managing hotel/event contracts.
  • Strong experience of C-Suite contact.
  • Experience of collating costs and ensuring clarity for billing or re-charging to cost centres.
  • Experience of overseas event knowledge and management.
  • Ability to travel occasionally on Business or Training trips.
