Job Description

An exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a vibrant risk and compliance team in London.Client DetailsA well-respected London law firm with an excellent reputation in the market.DescriptionKey responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the risk and compliance director in dealing with new claims and complaints and DSARs.
  • Ensuring the firm is protected from risk, and is compliant with AML and conflict regulations under the SRA.
  • Maintaining risk registers e.g. complaints, professional indemnity notifications.
  • Remaining up-to-date with SRA developments and discussing how the firm should implement these into practice.
  • Working with the rest of the business services teams closely.
  • Engaging in other ad-hoc compliance projects as needed.
ProfileThe successful candidate will be a qualified solicitor with either experience in litigation, professional indemnity or risk and compliance.
