Job Description

RSR Regulatory is a market leading recruitment business dedicated to supplying experienced practitioners on a temporary, contractual or permanent basis to the regulatory talent markets.RSR Regulatory have an exciting opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Administrator who is German speaking. This is remote working opportunity based in London or Germany offering £30,000 per annum.The company, launched in 2016 to help banks clear the decks of regulatory complexity, and created a market platform where banks, PSPs, businesses and developers alike create innovative and trusted financial experiences through enhanced connectivity to global banking.This Risk & Compliance Administrator (Bilingual - English/German) position is an interesting role covering regulatory compliance in UK (FCA) and Germany (BaFin) frameworks.This Risk & Compliance Administrator role requires great attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal German and English. You will need have been operating in compliance within a regulated environment.The Risk & Compliance Administrator is the start of career path with the company as they offer support, mentoring and training to help you with your personal development and growth.The role

  • To support the Risk, Security & Compliance team who provide advice on risk and compliance issues.
    • Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
  • Client onboarding regulatory compliance activities
  • Maintain up to date knowledge and understanding of internal policies and procedures for commercial client onboarding and to carry out database administration responsibilities
  • Creating monthly compliance reports, providing support where compliance scores are low
  • Creating monthly reports on compliance and assisting the Risk & Compliance Officer to identify trends of non-compliance within business areas
  • Compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority and BaFin
  • To compile reports for the Board on FCA/BaFin compliance investigations conducted, findings and recommendations developed, action plans established and progress noted
  • Maintain a log of communications received relevant to compliance
  • Maintain the FCA/BaFin related work register
    • Person Specification - experience and attributes required:
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal in both German and English
  • Experience operating in Compliance within a regulated environment
  • Confident individual with a proactive attitude
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner
  • Proven ability to deal with confidential matters and with discretion
  • A good working knowledge of GSuite and Microsoft Excel and Word
