Arthur Financial has been provided with the following mandate, we are exclusively working with a leading Lloyd’s syndicate. They are looking are looking to grow their established risk function by hiring a Risk Analyst. This is an outstanding time to join the business and excel in what looks like a very exciting 2021.The role will involve working extremely closely with the impressive Head of Risk in developing and implementing risk management and oversight frameworks for third party-managed syndicates. A qualitative background would be essential as you will be responsible for the risk register, operations section of the ORSA report, emerging risk, and updating Lloyds minimum standards with key stakeholders. Due to the current global pandemic, any new starter in the business will be on-boarded remotely so I was keen to catch up with the senior leadership team to discuss how this would look and the success they have had over the last 6 months.
