Reward PartnerSalary national: circa £70,000 - London: circa £90,000This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to join Aviva, tasked with partnering a diverse range of senior stakeholders (primarily within our Wealth Management business).This opportunity will suit someone who prides themselves on their exceptional communication skills, who can tackle challenging conversations and influence senior leaders with confidence, backed up by their deep Reward knowledge, ideally gained from workingin a FTSE 100 business.The ideal candidate will have experience in Wealth Management.A bit about the job:In this role you will deliver a value-added Reward Partnering service for senior leaders including C-suite and HR leads, proactively providing reward insights to support their strategic business priorities. You will provide both internal and external insights,utilising the right MI data, assisting with our senior hire process, and completing benchmarking exercises & pay reviews. In this role you will deliver work that directly influences Aviva’s Performance and Reward policies, process and strategy. Having stronginterpersonal skills, demonstrating both gravitas and integrity during challenging reward conversations, will be key, as you will become the primary contact for our Head of People, People Directors, and the business SLTs/ExCo regularly - i.e. you must be ableto analyse, communicate and then present the right Reward information seamlessly to the most senior audience to ensure the best business decisions are made.Aviva introduced "smart working" in 2020 and encourage flexible working; however, the successful post-holder will need to be based a commutable distance from either London, York, Bristol, or Norwich offices.Skills and experience we’re looking for:
