Reward ManagerWith new regulations coming in place with IFD/IFR and IFPR, our client, a global financial services business, requires a Reward Specialist to join their HR team and manage their Reward function. You will be providing specialist regulatory remuneration advice and support in delivering the Global Reward agenda including providing support and advice on the. Implementation of IFD/IFR and IFPR across their offices in France and the UK. In addition, you will lead on the design, regulation and development through to the delivery and management of Global Reward Strategies, Policies and Procedures.Working closely with the C Suite, HRD and Head of HR Operations, you will oversee the implementation and embedding of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime, whilst also supporting the HR team with more general business as usual reward activities, including providing advice and support with the annual compensation review process. You will also attend the Remuneration Committee meetings and ensure the Remuneration Committee members have all the supporting documentation in order to make informed decision and all processes follow regulatory guidelines on remuneration applicable in each jurisdiction.Working across their international offices in countries such as Singapore, the US, France and the UK, this will be a fantastic opportunity to lead on a high profile remuneration project for a leading financial service organisation. With experience within the financial services sector, you will have a strong track record in managing global reward and a deep understanding of the financial services regulatory framework, risk management awareness and the Remuneration Code. Prior experience of implementing and operating within the SM&CR and managing a reward structure will also be important.
