Job Description

I am currently looking for an experienced Reward Manager to be part of an experienced and expandiong HR division.Duties of the Reward Manager include,

  • Lead the reward department, providing direction and guidance.
  • Managing a team of other HR associated professionals.
  • Managing the reward strategy and budget, providing regular reporting
  • Responsible for the global reward roll out. This will benchmarking, bonus schemes, mobility, gender pay gap and more.
  • Project management.
  • Analysis and reporting on data related to salary, bonus and benefits
Reward Manager professionals from financial services or professional services is highly desirable.
