Due to success and growth, the amount of remuneration related work has increased to a level that HR and Finance need to expand or risk compromising their high standards.In order to do this they are looking for a Reward Professional close to the start of their career who can take on certain tasks and then grow the role as they develop themselves.This role is ideal for someone who has some experience but isnt too precious to look after Payroll and other administrative tasks.
