Job Description

This role has responsibility for managing day-to-day reward activity and queries and supporting the annual reward processes including salary review, bonus and benefits windows. The role is responsible for regular HR operational reporting and supports dataanalysis and insight and improving data quality and accuracy across the HR Team.Key Responisibilites

  • Supporting in the delivery of the annual compensation and benefits reward calendar.
  • Supporting with the day-to-day management of our pay banding and benchmarking processes and data.
  • Responsible for the implementation of annual salary review processes
  • Supporting in the delivery of the annual bonus and profit share eligibility communications and payments
  • Supporting the delivery of our pay gap reporting
  • Responsible for uploading all compensation and benefits data accurately to the HRIS as part of annual reward activities such as bonus payment and pay review.
  • Acting as the first point of contact to resolve benefits queries directly or by escalation to external providers.
  • Supporting data submissions to external salary and benefits surveys as required.
  • Responsible for regular operational HR Reporting - ensuring weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports are produced on time and accurately.
  • Improving Data quality within the HR Information System (HRIS) Working with the HR Admin Team to ensure the accuracy of all data held on HRIS - identifying gaps, errors and improving data quality
  • Responsible for completing Headcount reporting
  • Completing data analysis and insight - supporting the Reward and People Data Analyst in compiling data to support analysis and insight as required.
  • Data and Analytics processes - review and redesign owned processes as necessary to ensure processes are mapped, up to date, reflective of business and legal requirements (GDPR).
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of HR related data and analytics reports - identify and investigate data integrity concerns, errors and anomalies and flagging them to the Reward and People Data Analyst.
  • Supporting the Head of HR Operations to deliver a wide range of Reward and Data activities and projects.
What youll bring
  • Experience of working with a variety of data sources and formats and proven ability to clean, manipulate, compile and compare data sources to provide meaningful insight where there are a range of solutions
  • An analytical mind and strong aptitude for numbers and data with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience of building reports and dashboards. Doing this over HR data is an advantage but not essential
  • Experience supporting projects with a data focus
  • Proficiency and experience in using HR Information Systems.
  • Experience in building plans and timelines to ensure the successful delivery of data reporting and analysis
  • A good working knowledge of how data can enhance delivery of HR work.
  • Some experience of compensation and benefits in a commercial organisation including salary surveys, pay reviews, bonus and benefits administration is not essential, but would be advantageous
What you can expect from us:A salary range of between £30,000 - £38,000 is available dependent on how your skills and experience align to the role, plus bonus and benefits.
