Job Description

Our Business Services team is a collective of creative, strategic, forward-thinking business enablers. Together the People & Culture, Marketing & Communications, IT, Operations, Finance and Quality & Risk Management teams make it their mission to ensureMazars has the right tools, technology, strategies and services in place to deliver exceptional client service and future-proof our growing business. Job Purpose Works closely with the Senior Manager inReward to support the day to day delivery of reward related processesprimarily UK focussed including the delivery of new reward initiatives. Role and Responsibilities

  • Supports the Senior Manager for Reward in the delivery of reward-related process improvement, new initiatives and projects, including the annual salary review; annual enrolment window, data and policy submissions to Willis Towers Watson and other compensationdata providers.
  • Liaises with the Services Centre to ensure the integrity of all data on SuccessFactors and Mazars benefits to ensure that all external benefit providers receive complete and accurate employee data through regular auditing
  • Supports Senior Manager, Reward with the implementation and communication of new employee benefits and initiatives
  • Undertakes monthly reconciliations in conjunction payroll to ensure data integrity across all dare sets
  • Liaises with the Services Centre team on benefits and salary related issues and processes, referring non-standard queries to the Senior Manager, Reward
  • Supports the P&C team with benchmarking salaries against internal and external comparators
  • Resolves day today queries relating to the firms flexible benefit portal (Mazars benefits) on a day-to-day basis and co-ordinates the month-end processes with the system provider
  • Maintains regular contact with external benefit providers on an operational basis, leading to deliver improved processes and support for employees
  • Manages the firms recognition scheme (Mazars spot awards) and spend versus budget
  • Maintains a library of FAQs and all benefit related communications collateral including nudge emails; December annual enrolment
  • Develops and maintains a library of eternal market intelligence to support budgetary decisions including the ongoing development of our internal salary Broad Bands
  • Validates data to ensure that submission of accurate Mazars reward data is submitted to external compensation data providers in the agreed format and to agree timelines
Skills Knowledge and Experience
  • Strong technical skillsadvanced level in Excel; experience of Willis Towers Watson job evaluation methodology; SuccessFactors or another HR information system
  • Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
  • Well organised, attention to detail, can priorities and able to demonstrate a strong can do attitude
  • Process driven with a high degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Able to investigate issues and respond appropriately by gathering and evaluating different sources of information and by drawing on various resources
  • Able to manage several different tasks simultaneously ensuring that timelines are adhered to
  • Can work collaboratively and cross functionally, a strong team player
  • HR, reward or finance related qualification / working knowledge and or relevant experience
