Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Reward Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Pharmaceuticals sector. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take thenext step in their career and make their mark in Reward in a growing Global business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global compensation and benefits programs, with a specific focus on the UK, North America, and EU region. This role will involve various key duties such as job evaluation,salary benchmarking, annual compensation review, pension and benefits management, and occasional global relocation. The Compensation and Benefits Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer and Head of HR Operations to develop a reward philosophyand framework that aligns with the people and business strategy, ultimately driving performance, engagement, and talent retention.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage global compensation and benefits programs, with a specific focus on the UK, North America, and EU region.- Conduct job evaluations and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.- Lead the annual compensation review process, ensuring fairness and consistency across the business.- Manage pension and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.- Oversee relocation processes, providing support and guidance to employees during international assignments.- Collaborate with the Chief People Officer and Head of HR Operations to develop a reward philosophy and framework that aligns with the people and business strategy.- Drive performance, engagement, and talent retention through effective compensation and benefits strategies.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure the organization remains competitive.- Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality compensation and benefits programs.Qualifications and Skills:- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pension management.- Familiarity with UK and EU compensation and benefits regulations and practices.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.- CIPD or other relevant certifications are desirable.If you are a motivated and experienced Compensation and Benefits Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity in the Pharmaceuticals sector, we would love to hear from you.Please note you will receive an automated response advising you that we have received your CV.Morgan Philips Group is a global talent solutions business that disrupts conventional thinking in executive search, recruitment and talent consulting.
