***Hot off the Press***This North London Authority are looking for a Reviews Officer to work within the Housing Team. Details of the role are:Conduct reviews under S202 of the Housing Act 1996 on all matters including suitability of all forms of accommodation and matters relating to ending of the main duty due to refusal of temporary accommodation, part 6 or private rented accommodation or acceptanceof part 6 or private rented accommodationConduct allocations (registrations) reviews under S166A of the Housing Act 1996. Criteria Proven job history of being employed as a reviews officer carrying out Part 7 and Part 6 reviews. If they have evidence of cases that have gone to court would be anadvantage.They MUST have experience of carrying out S202 homeless reviews. They must have a comprehensive knowledge of Part 7 Housing Act 1996 and associated case law and legislation.
