Totum Partners is actively seeking candidates for a newly created role focused on WIP and Billing for a leading law firm. This position presents an excellent opportunity for a proficient biller seeking to diversify their skill set in a prominent position,encompassing Billing, WIP analysis, and collaboration with partners and fee earners.The Ideal Revenue Analyst will be responsible for:• Attending weekly client core team meetings• Ensuring the production and provision of all required data and analysis for meetings• Updating WIP reports• Conducting regular WIP reviews• Generating exception reports• Processing quarterly bills• Liaising with relevant operations team members• Facilitating the payment of invoices and distribution• Ensuring and regularly reviewing the correct opening of matters• Providing relevant data for budget holder meetings, quarterly holdbacks, quarterly billing, annual retainer negotiations, and addressing general queriesThe Ideal Revenue Analyst will possess:• Billing experience• Exceptional organisational skills• Outstanding attention to detail• The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure• Ability to work within tight deadlinesEqual OpportunitiesAs a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
